We’ve been putting Band-aids on our BooBoos – both literally and figuratively. Lots of hugs and kisses have been required. Lots of meals out and stops at the book store.
Let’s see… there was the race that Koko lost in the park – the one where his hand and both knees were skinned.
Then we took a trip to the ER this week when big brother accidentally got too close to the three year old with a trash sack that had glass on the bottom. So thankful the doctor was able to GLUE his little cut together instead of stitch it.
Important note: always make sure you tell your mom or dad when there is glass in the trash sack, and never try to carry it out yourself!
And aside from a dreary head or chest cold making its way through our ranks, I’ve got high hopes for a great rest of the week.
Hopefully I will be able to get in here and leave you a bunch of planning forms, printables, and write my schedule and curriculum plans out for 2012-2013. That’s the goal for the weekend (besides finishing my book case organization). I promised my daughter a new book if she would help me sort and organize our home library. I know just the book she’ll buy, too; “Anne of Green Gables” book 2.
Thanks so much for all your prayers and words of encouragement in our brief hiatus.
{ Blessings to you. }

I’m glad that you all are on the mend, and enjoying lots of meals out and bookstore adventures. 🙂 In tough times, those sort of things make life simpler and take our minds off of reality for a bit. Hugs!
